Rules of Yoga

"Yoga should be done early morning or evening empty stomach. It should be done in clean and hygienic place without any disturbances. A yoga mat can be used if grass is not available. It should be done in open place like park / garden / roof top or in a room where air ventilation is there. People with back problems should avoid specific Asanas and should consult yoga teacher before starting."

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

There are many yoga poses which can be practiced according to condition of health.

Yoga poses:

There are many poses such as Tadasana, Merudandasan, Ardha shalbhasana, Balasana, Vajrasana, Vakrasana, Katichakrasana, Setu bandhasana, Bhujangasana, Ekpadotanasana, and Ardhapadmasana.

These poses can be followed on phase wise and poses may vary from patient to patient.

Initially, Yoganidra and meditation should be followed for few days. After three weeks, Vajrasana and Shavasana should be done.

After 4th week, Shashankasana, Utthanapadasana, Pavanmuktasana should be done.

From 6th week onwards, above mentioned poses can be done.

Shatkarma two procedures jalneti, Kapalbhati

Pranayama Nadisodhana, Ujjai, AnulomVilom, Deep Breathing.

Bandhas and Mudra Uddiyana bhanda.

Precaution Chakrasana, Sarvagasana should be avoided and basic rules are implied for pregnant ladies, and depending on ages and disease conditions yoga will be varied.

sir pls mera dil ki dadkan 6-7 month se bahut fast rehte hai meri age32yers hai aur mera work siting bala hai. usse muje lagtar gas bhi bani rahti hai aur rat ko koe jor se aabaj ane per dil bhut tej dadkta hai aur dar lagta hai yeh samsya yada shadi ke bad hue hai

In my heart, the blood flow from the right upper chamber to the lungs had been blocked by tissue/mass groth & I had breathing difficulty.
