Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hpylori infection is the common cause for stomach or duodenal gastritis. It causes inflammation in the mucous membrane of the stomach or duodenum and causes severe burning sensation with pain. The medicines have to be continued for 3months to reduce the recurrence. Healthy lifestyle with proper eating and exercise will help to reduce the symptoms.

Ayurvedic medicines like Indu kantha kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Sooktyn for Hyperacidity and Agastya Rasayanam + Mahatiktaka ghrtam - 1tsp after food twice daily can be taken for a month and reviewed.

Include cooked warm food, cumin, turmeric, cabbage, spinach, fenu greek, carrot, goose berry and liquorice. Reduce excess oil, sweet and salt. Try to eat little portion of food more frequently. Avoid skipping meals. Yogasanas like Trikonasana, Pavanamuktasana, Vajrasana, Shavasana, Siddhasana are beneficial.
